Although the back of the box makes this cereal sound like Nirvana, it actually leaves me wanting. Although the structure and texture of the cereal is intriguing, it isn't enough to distract me from the almost bitter flavor of the grain. This is one situation where I believe artificially adding sugar would be very justified. However, I do not often eat "health" cereals, and I suppose if this was your regular fare, it could certainly be a bearable taste, if not good.
