One of the Strangers in the movie Dark City, as played by Bruce Spence. Since I can't recall any Stranger in this movie besides Mssrs. Hand, Book and Sleep having any speaking parts, I presume that this particular Mister is the one turned into the filling of a skyscraper sandwich during that part of the night when the buildings in Dark City move around and change their layout.
