The Boba Fett of the Dragonball Z universe, Mr. Popo is a little-featured but pivotal character. A gardener by trade, Mr. Popo can accomplish seemingly impossible tasks in a time span of a few mintues(such as gathering together all 7 of Earth's dragonballs).
