There is a

UK) city centre where you can "eat like a king for a pound." That restaurant is Mr. Egg. At the time of writing, July 2001, for only one pound
sterling you can buy a plate of
chips with a whole
fried egg on top.Whether
kings really do eat
egg and chips is unknown, but I
assume that at
sometime,
somewhere a king has done so.
