It is one of the 10 Beaujolais wine vintages.

The tasters recognize qualities of the Moulin à Vent: of intense color, the dress of the Moulin à Vent evolves/moves between a dark garnet and a deep ruby.

Tasted young, it develops scents of floral and fruity types, with dominant of violet supported by a cherry flavor. It is with the years that it widens its odorous pallet.

At the end of a few years, it will be declined initially in flavours of iris, faded roses, spices and fruits walls, and then later one will perceive perfumes of truffle, musk, venaison and even ambergris.

At each period one will appreciate the smoothness and the complexity of a rare elegance, of a wine which leaves a long time in mouth harmonious savours.
