This is a fairly quick and easy recipe (at least, IF you know how to turn on the oven).
1 tbsp
honey
1½ tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
curry powder
1½ tbsp
vegetable oil
1 lb
1 vegetables

1 lb
chicken breast3, sliced or cubed
Mix honey, soy sauce and curry
powder in
bowl.
Heat oil in a large frying pan or
wok at medium-high.
Add
meat to pan and fry for 5 minutes or until slightly browned.
Stir in vegetables and prepared
mixture. Cook until meat is done and vegetables are
tender4.
1This is an approximate amount of vegetables needed, more or less can be adjusted to your personal
taste.
2Fresh vegetables such as
cabbage,
carrots,
onions, and
snow peas would be preferable. However, a package of
frozen stir fry vegetables also works.
3Other meats such as
beef,
pork, or a combination may also be used.
4The meat and vegetables may be added to the pan in any
order, just as long as they end up cooked to your preference.
