This is a fairly quick and easy recipe (at least, IF you know how to turn on the oven).
1 tbsp honey
1½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp curry
1½ tbsp vegetable
1 lb chicken breast3
, sliced or cubed
Mix honey, soy sauce and curry powder
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok
to pan and fry for 5 minutes or until slightly browned.
Stir in vegetables and prepared mixture
. Cook until meat is done and vegetables are tender4
This is an approximate amount of vegetables needed, more or less can be adjusted to your personal taste
vegetables such as cabbage

would be preferable. However, a package of frozen stir fry
vegetables also works.
Other meats such as beef
, or a combination may also be used.
The meat and vegetables may be added to the pan in any order
, just as long as they end up cooked to your preference.
