A Movie directed by Jean-Luc Godard. It stars Jean-Pierre Léaud , the icon of the Nouvelle Vague, and Chantal Goya, who later turned to sing for children. It is about 'the children of Marx and Coca Cola'. The boys protest against Vietnam, and are communists, whereas the girls are more concerned about their own life and career : Chantal Goya is become a YeYe pop singer. There is almost no plot : Jean-Pierre Leaud seduces Chantal Goya, and then lives with her and her roommates. The movie is about them discussing life and politics with their friends. However one would expect the soon to be Maoist Jean-Luc Godard to side with the boys, but the movie is pretty balanced.
