Ma*cru"ra (?), n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. long + tail.] Zool.

A subdivision of decapod Crustacea, having the abdomen largely developed. It includes the lobster, prawn, shrimp, and many similar forms. Cf. Decapoda.
