Maastricht is a city in the very southern tip of the Netherlands. It features an ancient downtown with many nice pubs. The city is quite close to Aachen in Germany and Liege in Belgium. The Maastricht treaty was signed in this city.

Maastricht is a dutch town about 20 minutes away from Liège by car. That makes it the perfect destination for shopping the weekly dose of THC under various forms as the Netherlands have legalized some drugs. This creates some annoying consequences for the city of Liège : cars are regularly stolen by criminals in Liège to make the trip to Maastricht.
