MTVE is short for
MTV Europe. They have separate broadcasts for different parts of Europe, e.g. the
Nordic MTV is produced in
Sweden. Other than having more region-specific music than MTV, they broadcast huge amounts of
Britney Spears etc. like the normal MTV.
