Lucille Botzcowski (a.k.a. Ms. Botz and The Babysitter Bandit) is the criminal babysitter featured in an early episode of The Simpsons (Some Enchanted Evening (7G01), to be exact). Homer has hired her from the Baby Buggy Bumper Babysitting Service to be able to have a romantic evening with Marge at the Ye Olde Off-Ramp Inn.

She was also mentionned in these episodes:
  • Bart's Dog Gets An F (7F14): According to Kent Brockman, she has escaped from prison
  • Homer The Vigilante (1F09): Her picture is still displayed on the Springfield Police Station bulletin board
  • Hurricane Neddy (4F07): She is seen depressing around in a room of Calmwood Mental Hospital

Note: some informations were taken from the book The Simpsons, A Complete Guide To Our Favorite Family, (c) 1997 Matt Groening Productions, Inc.
  • Of course, after Bart and Lisa finally subdue the "Babysitter Bandit" (as dubbed by the TV show "America's Most Armed and Dangerous"), Homer sets her free, paying her triple her usual rate for a job.

And in one of the early first season examples of celebrity guest voices, Lucille Botzcowski was voiced by Penny Marshall, probably best known for playing Laverne on the Happy Days spinoff sitcom Laverne and Shirley.
