Most easterly town in the UK. Fishing port and seaside resort with an excellent family beach. The modern classical composer Benjamin Britten was born here.
Interestingly enough the people of the surrounding region (Norfolk & Suffolk) speak with an odd rural accent which is always misrepresented in BBC TV dramas. The odd thing being that no other region of the UK suffers the same linguistic fate.
