An over-the-counter nasal decongestant. It is found as the active ingredient in nasal sprays, nose drops and, specifically, in Vicks brand Vapor Inhalers. It was, prior to 1998, known as L-desoxyephedrine. Its molecule is the mirror image of that of methamphetamine.
