"I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand
Walking through the streets of Soho in the rain
He was looking for the place called Lee Ho Fook's
Gonna get a big dish of beef chow mein
"

Immortalized in the 1978 Warren Zevon song Werewolves Of London, this is an actual restaurant in London's Chinatown.

The food's fairly typical Chinese fare, and to be honest, we only ate there because of the song—I had always figured the name was made up. And it was raining, one of those spotty, mid-May London rains that we seemed to hit every day of our trip. For the record, neither of us had beef chow mein—it isn't actually on the menu. Perhaps the stir-fried beef in oyster sauce, or the beef in Mandarin sauce would be a good substitute.

Now, there's a picture of it in the photo album.
