The story which hides behind the name of a popular Finnish metal band called Children of Bodom, is a Finnish murder case, that remains unsolved. Lake Bodom is a small lake in Finland about 20km north from Helsinki. In 1960 this lake gave scene to a very scary murder case. Four teenagers were camping on the shores of Bodom lake, when an insane person came and murdered three of the teenagers with a knife. The one who survived, went crazy afterwards, and spends his time still in psychiatric treatment. Some years later, around 1970, one old man said that he was the Lake Bodom murderer. Police proved that he couldn't be the murderer, and so the murder was never solved.
