A city in northwest-central Indiana, in Tippecanoe County. The Wabash River runs through this city and divides it from neighboring West Lafayette, which is home to Purdue University. This town is about 60 miles northwest of Indianapolis (Indiana's capital) off Interstate 65. It is located in the 765 area code, and is a long distance call from the metropolitan Indianapolis area.
