Krone

Currency of Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Although they share the name, it is a different currency of slightly different value in each country. 1 krone is 100 øre.

The krone is printed in the following values in Norway:

Coins:50 øre, 1 krone, 5 kroner, 10 kroner, 20 kroner


Bills:50 kroner, 100 kroner, 200 kroner, 500 kroner, 1000 kroner

An US dollar will get you about 8 Norwegian kroner today, about the same amount of Danish and Swedish.
