Kraft® Easy MacTM is one of the greatest inventions to have graced the kitchen of a college student. This fine delicacy can be made in three simple steps. The macaroni comes in a separate pouch from the cheese sauce mix. Now, all you need are these two pouches, some water, some milk (my own secret ingredient), a microwave, and a microwavable cereal bowl.

The directions:

  1. Pour macaroni into your cereal bowl.
  2. Microwave the macaroni and water, uncovered on High 3.5 to 4 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
  3. Add the cheese sauce mix. Pour a little bit of milk into the bowl (my not-so-revolutionary "secret") and mix well. The milk adds creaminess to the sauce.

Some words of caution: the bowl will be damned hot. Also, you want to have some water in your macaroni before you add the cheese mix, as the H2O is necessary to make the cheese sauce. You'll be done in less than 5 minutes.

Now before you put your culinary skills to the test, make sure you, as the macaroni pouch states, "Keep kids safe."
