I haven't written anything in a very long time. I don't write like I used to. I don't seem to have time to write anything but the homework I have due, jot down my work schedule, maybe do a write-up or two of educational programs held at this museum I'm interning at.
The internship is not what I thought it would be; it's disappointing really. I'm not going to go into it because I have done my bitching and moaning about it and I'm done. I've been very proactive about my role in this institution since shit hit the fan, and I've only got another month and a half here.
I've moved all the way across the country, gotten married, and will be making another move at the end of August. Life has been good to me the past couple of months, and yet I'm here, complaining about how I've seemed to have lost my muse.
Does this happen when you get too busy? I feel like I've grown out of my ability to be creative, and I know, cognitively, that creativity does not work that way.
If anyone has any tips on getting back into the writing habit, I'd really appreciate it.
