Née Driscoll. An improvising singer, she was in the mid-to-late 60's rhythm and blues groups of Brian Auger and others (once sharing vocal chores with Rod Stewart). She then married Keith Tippett ("Tippetts" is not a typo) and gravitated towards the jazz end of things; her Sunset Glow LP bridged the gap between her original and current musical venues.
