Tagalog slang mainly used in high school and slum areas, pertaining to an individual or group of persons that are considered too masa -- meaning someone who conforms to the lifestyle of the general public.
It's meaning is often miscontrued by most Filipinos as another term for baduy or in English poor taste, but its not -- because poor taste is after all, subjective, and depends on each and every persons opinion on what is and what's not bad.
