British comedian noted for his
hangdog expression and
sardonic humour.
Used both of these to good effect in a series of adverts involving
penguins for
John Smith's Bitter in the 90s.
He has won many awards for his
stand up comedy and has had many TV series on British television including
The Jack Dee Show,
Jack & Jeremy's Real Lives (with
Jeremy Hardy) and
Jack Dee's Sunday Service.
Recently won
Celebrity Big Brother, a competition held for
Comic Relief 2001 and currently has a show on the BBC called
Jack Dee's Happy Hour.
