Program founded in the early 80's. It is for homeless people who wish for a home that will help them get their feet to get an apartment. The Interfaith part is that it is for various churches to "host" the people.
Volenteers bring in food and other stuff. I'm not sure what cities its at, but
Cheyenne and
Denver are two of them.
(My mom was part of this program for a period of about 6 months, before the Cheyenne (Wyoming) group at her Catholic Church fell apart. It was kind of a stupid system anyways, and wasn't backed by the church in any way, so it died. I don't know if it still exists anymore, but then again I don't really care)
