My dog
Bucky passed away on
January 24, 2000. It happened at 1am. It was very sudden, he wasn't ill. He had a stroke, and it happened very quickly.
He was the greatest dog. He was 1/2
pit bull and 1/2
beagle. I got him at the Animal Refuge Center. I saw him as they were walking the dog, and the second I saw him.. I knew I didn't need to look around because he is the one I wanted.
He had the sweetest disposition, and was very smart. He was a bit spoiled, but he was my baby.
I had him for 12 years. I loved him so much. He was my best friend, and I miss him deeply. His water bowl is still on the floor, I haven't had the heart to pick it up yet.
He loved to cuddle, and when I cried.. heuld just put his head in my lap.. I'm glad it was quick and painless.. but I still am deeply grief-stricken by the loss of my friend.
