Semi-classic horror movie, released in 1957. Directed by Gene Fowler Jr. and written by Aben Kandel. Starred Michael Landon as the teenage werewolf, Yvonne Lime as the love interest, and Whit Bissell as the mad scientist.

Landon is a troubled teenager. He visits a hypnotherapist, who unscrupulously regresses him so far back, that he turns into a werewolf everytime the high school bell rings!

This movie was more popular than the filmmakers were expecting it to be, and it kicked off a minor "I Was a Teenage (Insert Monster Here)" craze. As Landon's acting career hit high gear with "Bonanza," "Little House on the Prairie," and "Highway to Heaven," his early role in the camp fangfest got dragged out occasionally to embarrass him -- he eventually came to embrace the movie, donning the fake fur for one episode of "Highway to Heaven" (called, if I remember correctly, "I Was a Middle-Aged Werewolf").
