In the children's cartoon Inspector Gadget, this is what Dr. Claw would say every time he had one of his nefarious schemes foiled by the intrepid bionic detective, Inspector Gadget.
If he had only known that it was actually Penny, the little girl with the computer book, and her trusty dog Brain that was actually doing all the plan-foiling, he might have had a different catch-phrase, e.g.:
I'll get you, my Penny! And your little dog too!
Except L. Frank Baum would have started spinning around in his grave and making an AWFUL racket, so they used this instead.
