This is a psychedelic variety of chai. The recipe is enough for about 10 people to enjoy, it's for a 3 litre cooking pan.
- some fresh ginger root, about 4 cm long
- some grains of pepper
- 10 cardamon seeds
- a tablespoon of anise seeds
- 6 grams of pot, use good quality please!
- 1 litre of high fat milk
- some dairy cream
- two litres of water
Chop the ginger root in small slices. Crumble the pot, or chop it up, without the stems. The leaves can be used for flavour
. Bring two litres of water to a boil, add ginger, pot and other herbs and leave to simmer
for 15 minutes. Add the milk and cream (the cream is meant to dissolve the THC
since it's an oil). Leave it for another 15 minutes.
