An
anime OVA series from

Koko wa Greenwood. Follows a group of
high school-aged
boys through their lives in their
boarding school dorm:
Ryokurin Hall, better known as
Greenwood.
Hasukawa Kazuya is just an ordinary guy, except for that his first crush just married his older brother, who raised him after their parents' death. So he moves into Greenwood -- only to find that it's the craziest dorm on campus, full of odd characters: video game otaku, religious fanatics, gay lover roommates, and Kazuya's own roommate, who turns out to be intersexed.
Naturally, things just get weirder -- with ghosts, girl gangs, and romance gone gonzo.
