Campfire song with movements used to inspire silliness in campers. Sung while standing, and as each part is referred to, you place your hands on that part. You repeat faster and faster, each time substituting a silence for a part. The second time through you leave out the "head," the third time "head" and "heart," fourth time silence fills in for "head," "heart," and "spirit," et cetera, until the whole song is done with only the word "and" audible, but lots of spirited movement. Are you ready?

Head, Heart, Spirit, Knees and Toes, Knees and Toes.
Head, Heart, Spirit, Knees and Toes, Knees and Toes.
Visuddha chakra and spleen and mouth and nose,
Head, Heart, Spirit, Knees and Toes, Knees and Toes!

Repeat!
