Harbourne Blue is one of the most popular blue cheeses in Britain.

Produced by Robin Congdon and Sari Cooper at Ticklemore Cheeses in Devon, it has twice won silver in the British Cheese Awards.

It is a "typical" blue cheese, however features unpasteurised goat's milk as it's base. This provides the spicy tangy flavour and sweet aroma that makes it so well loved. The cheese is sold in truckle (small wheels).

The cheese boasts a fat content of 48%, and is ripe to eat from between three and four months.
