HTCPCP stands for HyperText Coffee Pot Control Protocol.
HTCPCP is defined by RFC2324; it is an extension of HTTP. Currently, it only supports devices that brew coffee, but there are plans to expand the range of supported devices in order to include things like espresso machines.
