This recipe is as yummy as it is easy to make. You will need a food processor/bread machine/strong arms and a refrigerator.


  1. 1 cup almond butter or sunflower butter or peanut butter or cashew butter
  2. 3 cups coconut flakes, unsweetened
  3. 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  4. 2/3 cup raw honey
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  7. 1/2 cup almond flour (for texture, may be left out if you want yours more goo-ey. Obtainable from Bob's Red Mill


First combine everything in the machine of your choice. If you are your own machine, put it all in a big bowl and stir like you've never stirred before in your life & gotta make up for lost time.

Next spread the resulting combined goo into a shallow baking dish—glass works great. Spread evenly.

Refrigerate until firm.

Cut into your favorite shape, serve.
