A retrospective double-disc album from the southern rock/ alternative rock band Cracker. If you only want one Cracker album, this is the one to buy. Disc One has all of their greatest hits from their previous four albums. Disc two is B-sides, rarities, live recordings and collaborative efforts with other bands. Check out You Ain't Goin Nowhere the Dylan cover performed with Adam Duritz and the other boys from the Counting Crows along with Joan Osborne.
This is one of those great driving albums. Heavy-hitting classic guitar, wailing blues-inspired vocals, soul-screaming harmonica, and of course Cracker's traditional wit and sarcasm heavy lyrics. Roll the windows down, shift into fifth and soak up this incredible slice of American rock and roll.
