An open-source Yahoo Messenger client created by Nathan Neulinger as an alternative for Linux users to the java client on Yahoo's website. The Yahoo Messenger interface itself is contained in a separate module from the program itself called yahoolib to make it easier for other people write clients based on the same code. Other programs which make use of yahoolib include EveryBuddy and Jabber.
