GLCM (pronounced "glick-em") stands for Ground-Launched Cruise Missile. It is used typically to refer to the U.S. Tomahawk weapons system as deployed to Europe during the later years of the Cold War. This is contrasted with the naval variants of the weapon. Although the GLCM is a concept, it is usually used to refer to this particular weapon.
