1 Cup Butter
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Almond Flavoring
¾ Cup Cornstarch
½ Teaspoon Salt

Frosting

2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
½ Teaspoon Vanilla
¼ Teaspoon Almond Flavoring

Cream butter and sugar, add almond. Blend in sifted dry ingredients. Cool dough in refrigerator, but don't chill too much. Shape into small balls and bake at 375º for 10 minutes.

Mix together frosting ingredients, adding cream to attain the right consistancy. Frosting may be colored with food coloring. Put a small dab of frosting on each cookie.
