A way to improve something. Anything. Frosting, or adding frost, automagically makes anything x amount to the superiour. Corn Flakes? Frosted Flakes. Shredded Wheat? Frosted mini-wheats. Cheerios? Frosted Cheerios. A Date? Reading Robert Frost to your date. Get the picture?

The biggest query now is just what is that mythical frost material made of?
