A term used in a few small circles that usually refers to a website that has been taken down due to illegal content, like a warez site or something along those lines. Probably originated from the character of Fox Mulder on the X-Files, who was a FBI agent, thus becoming a shorthand way to say, "The Feds busted this site straight out the water."

A term that came about as a result of fox entertainment shutting down an Aliens vs. Predator modification (or 'mod') for quake 2.
