A square, soft, vegetarian white cheese of sheep's milk, Flower Marie is produced in the English region of Devon by Kevin and Alison Blunt at the Greenacres Farm.

The cheese is exceedingly soft and unctious, being described as having a similar mouthfeel to ice cream. It's natural rind is an attractive mushroom brown.

Flower Marie is ripe and ready for eating in five to six weeks.
