Angle on a gas stove. The burner is lit. Cut to a kid putting a
pan with what looks to be an apple in it on the flame. Another boy
wearing a #9 football jersey stands in the doorway.

			DOORWAY BOY
		Mom know you're cookin'?

			COOKIN' BOY
Nope, no one's home but me.

As he says this, fire spreads from the burner to the curtain hanging
carelessly over the stove. Both boys quickly panic.

She'll know now! Fire! Call the fire department!

A man in a red outfit sprints to the rescue...

			MAN IN FIRE GEAR
			(with Scottish accent)
		Not from in there!

			BOYS (in unison)
		BLOWTORCH!

			BLOWTORCH
If there's a real fire in your house, your first job
is to escape immediately. Fire spreads quickly!

The boys run to the exit as a ridiculous amount of smoke billows through
the house.

Call the fire department from OUTSIDE the house!

			DOORWAY BOY
		From a neighbor's phone!

A fire truck pulls up the house.

			BLOWTORCH
		You got it!

He pats COOKIN' BOY on the shoulder.

		You're both safe!

			DOORWAY BOY
Your advice really hit home! Now I know!

			BLOWTORCH
And knowing is half the battle!
