Terenzi uses a technique of rendering astrophysical data as sound rather than graphics and listening for patterns in this sound. Jumping off from this technique, she created a CD, the title of which escapes me, using sounds so rendered from radio telescope data. She also appears as a vocalist on a few tracks of Thomas Dolby's The Gate to the Mind's Eye, including N.E.O. and Quantum Mechanic.
Several years back the magazine extropy did an interview with Terenzi which was fairly interesting despite the best attempts of the interviewer. It also featured some poorly lit photographs of her.
