So the Philadelphia Eagles FINALLY won a Super Bowl yesterday. Good for them, great bunch of lads. Apparently they have and share a strong Christian faith and baptize each other in hotel pools and such.
Their fan base on the other hand, let's just say they were taping up and stretching out down at the police and fire departments and nobody at any of the hospitals got to take a day off. At the best of time the Philly fan base is known for violence, intimidation and antisocial behavior and the Philadelphia PD are known to have to literally lubricate poles with grease to prevent people from climbing them.
Regardless of whether or not Philly won or lost, they were going to riot. And they did. Looting, violence, property destruction, and so forth.
Which disgustingly marred what was an amazing victory by a focussed and disciplined team.
