The Fallen Madonna with the Big Boobies by Van Clomp is a painting in British comedy series 'Allo 'Allo. It is an ongoing joke throughout the whole series, and it starts when Colonel Von Strum and Captain Geering decide that Rene, the innkeeper of Cafe Rene, has to hide the painting from the Gestapo so they can sell it after the war.
Throughout the series, everybody wants to have the painting, so they all have forged copies of the painting made, which they also hide at Rene's cafe to use later.
Most of the time, the painting and the fake copies were hidden inside sausages, which were marked so they would know which would contain the real one, which would contain the fake copies, and which were ordinary sausages.
