Fnac is the leading
French retailer of
entertainment and leisure products. Specialized in
books,
images and
sound, it offers a vast selection of recorded
music, books, cameras, hi-fi, TV&Video, home computers and office automation. Additionally, Fnac sells many other products, such as holiday packages and theater and shows tickets, while its
convenience-stores, Fnac Service and Fnac Telecom, specialize in photographic development, consumables and
telephony.
FNAC was also one of the leaders of
techno labels in the early to mid 1990s releasing some of the most successful artists. FNAC shut down their successful techno recording operation for some reason unknown to me. F-Communications was set up, and it appears FNAC is once again releasing
techno today. Just have a look at the
