Mmmm, Chiles Rellenos. Okay, so this is a really stupidly simple version of the classic Mexican dish (and it uses Bisquick)... It's almost as good, and it's a helluva lot easier than getting out the Fry Daddy™ deep fat frier. It's probably quite a bit healthier too, for those who care.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Drain peppers; split lengthwise and remove seeds. Cut Jack cheese into strips to fit inside chiles. Place strips into each pepper and arrange in an 8x8 inch greased baking dish. Combine eggs and milk. Beat in Bisquick© until smooth. Pour over peppers. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 30 minutes, until golden. Serve and enjoy.
