The
Gloranthan Rune that represents
stone and
soil. There is a little-used rune that represents "malign earth", or dust/bare stone; this is a filled square. The dust rune is usually associated with malevolent
earth goddesses, such as
Maran Gor, goddess of
Earthquakes. The common Earth Rune is an open square. In combination with the
Man Rune, it signifies
Dwarf. (Glorantha's dwarves are
mineral beings).
Ernalda owns the Earth Rune.
