In NUI Galway, Ireland, the university infirmary has been equipped with an ECG machine to monitor heart activity among certain groups of students.

Because of the rise in students taking ecstacy over the weekends, mixed with booze and dope, and basically going on complete benders, students are increasingly seeking medical help from the univerity med staff because of heart palpitations, increased blood pressure, paranoia, all the usual side effect from drink and drug abuse.
The university feel the only way they can help the students is to use the ECG machine to properly monitor their heart rates, and administer cardiac treatment accordingly.

The land of saints, scholars, and now apparently, junkies!
