fae invoke the Dragon's Ire, they become more in tune with the
Dreaming. This allows them to perform
feats that would not normally be possible, by giving them extra dice to use. Each
kith may invoke the Dragon's Ire more easily under certain circumstances.
Invoking the Dragon's Ire whilst in Bedlam must only be done under circumstances of the greatest necessity. The Changeling's connection to the Dreaming is greatly intensified, and they gain even more power, but they instantly fall a stage deeper into Bedlam once the Ire has passed. Changelings in third-stage Bedlam are consumed by the Dreaming after their Ire is spent.
