This is one fucked up movie.

Basically, Dracula never died, and cannot die. Why not? Because he's Judas Iscariot. I'm not a Christian or anything, but I never remember hearing anything about him being immortal...

So anyway, Van Helsing, the same one from the novel, is kept alive by injecting himself with blood taken from Dracula's corpse by leeches. He keeps the corpse in a vault under his mansion in London. People steal the sarcophagus containing the corpse because they think it will contain various worldly treasures. They open it, Dracula comes back to life, looking pretty sketchy, and turns them into vampires too.

Dracula has this thing for Van Helsing's daughter, so he stalks her to New Orleans...

Spoilers suck. It's a Wes Craven flick that was worth at least half of the cost of the celluloid it was printed on. Not great, but not terrible.
